Ethical decision making: We strive to be moral, rational, transparent and accountable in our decisions and actions. Our attempt is to imbibe the same approach and mannerism among our learners by inculcating in them the spirit of ownership for their decisions.

We want our learners to follow the ethos of inclusiveness by becoming socially aware managers who understand the value of the productive capacity of the masses in India, and who can see beyond all social and economic class divisions in the society.
