Dr. Rudra is a passionate management faculty, trainer, a motivational speaker in the fields of Energy & Sustainability, Sustainable Development, Business Research Methods, Operations, Business Entrepreneurship, Service Operations Management, Warehouse Management, SCM, Corporate Social Responsibility, Statistics for Management and Social Science, Quantitative Techniques and Business Data Analytics, and Research Methodology, Higher Education, Personality Development, Business Etiquettes, Corporate Business Communication, Listening Skill, Personal Branding, Written Communication, Employee Engagement, Skill Development, Enviornmental Studies, Renewable Energy Systems, Energy Conservation Policy & Management, Qualitative & Quantitative Research, Innovation & Creativity, MOOCS-Online Learning and Applications.
He is actively working and involved in research and academic discussions, expertise/consultancy/workshop- training in techno-management domain comprising above areas of research and teaching involved in Ph.D. and Master's Thesis Guidance/Supervision, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Thesis/Article/Research Paper writing, project based write-up, case study discussion, etc.
He energetically considers in stirring and fostering youthful intellect to flourish out as exceedingly effectual business managers and leaders in their preferred areas of enthusiasm, occupation, profession influencing his/her without comparison style of training, learning with true encouragement.
Dr. Rudra has been active as resource person in various Faculty Development Programmes (FDP), National Seminars, Workshops, Conferences, Short Term Courses organized by National Universities/Colleges/Institutes in areas: Business Statistics, Research Design and Statistical, Tools and Techniques – Data Analysis, Interpretation – SPSS/EViews/Mintab Training, Meta-Analysis, Advanced Regression Analysis, Multi-level Modeling using R, Environmental Studies, Renewable Energy Systems, Energy, Conservation Policy & Management, Qualitative - Quantitative Research, Higher Education, Academic Publishing and Integrity etc. Dr. Rudra frequently travels the country attending and delivering workshops, lectures and presentations, sharing insights from his years of experience in mentioned areas of teaching, research, training and academics. Moreover, in India and aboard he has acted as an expert/resource person in 100+ workshops/FDPs/STCs/SDPs/Seminars in diversified areas and chaired the sessions. He is well recognised faculty and enjoys the confidence of students, training participants all over the place.
Recently, he has been accredited and a certified ‘International Master Trainer’ from leading Federation of International Training Organisation, USA. Dr. Rudra is also life member of ISCA, LMTAA, LMIAENG, LMISOC, MAIMA-PMA, MAADCo – India, MWAIMS.
He has been a recipient of 1st prestigious Ph.D. National Doctoral Fellowship Award from AICTE (Govt. of India), New Delhi and Institute of Public Enterprises, Hyderabad for his Doctoral research program worked at IIT Roorkee (Uttarakhand). He has published 60+ research papers in reputed journals and conferences on subjects ranging from Science & Technology to Management and won prestigious awards.
